Tuition fees are proposed by the university’s board of trustees and approved by the Higher Education Council, including the required fees for admission.
University Study System
- The study system at the university follows the credit hour system or any other system approved by the Higher Education Council based on the university council’s request.
- Under the credit hour system, the academic year consists of two mandatory semesters and an optional summer semester:

- Second Semester (Mandatory): At least 16 weeks, some of which are allocated for exams.
- Summer Semester (Optional): At least eight weeks, but no more than 12 weeks.

- The academic calendar, issued and approved annually by the Higher Education Council, specifies the start dates for each semester, exam dates, midterm breaks, result announcements, and registration dates.
